It is very important to have your Watches resealed, main cause of watch break down is due to water seepage, and in most cases it starts to leak, after the battery replaced, and it is way more expensive to get the water damage watch fix, compare to having it reseal and pressure tested, after the battery replaced. It is advised not to operate crown or pusher when the watch is wet. NOTE: one may think the water resistant feature of their watch may last forever. But it’s not so, as this feature deteriorate through the course of time.
